The home went up for sale again in 1957. The home was sold in 1966 to the Stemet family, and was sold to developers (Sleepy Valley Holdings, LLC.) in 2020 for $225,000. They re-encased the home and probably did interior renovations as well, and sold the home a year later for $655,000.
