History

The home used to be more cream-colored, but it was renovated in 2020 and was re-encased in a cornflower blue exterior panelling.

The home isn't present on the 1913 atlas of Haverford, but is listed by the 1929 map of the town.

By 1942, the home had been up for sale, because it's owner was "transferred". An advertisement specifies they're moving to Milford, Delaware. Below is a picture of the house in an advertisements.

The home went up for sale again in 1957. The home was sold in 1966 to the Stemet family, and was sold to developers (Sleepy Valley Holdings, LLC.) in 2020 for $225,000. They re-encased the home and probably did interior renovations as well, and sold the home a year later for $655,000.
